12 Week Nutrition and Personal Training Plan

12 Week Personalized Nutrition and Personal Training Plan Combined $389

 

Step 1:

Begin by filling out a client enrollment form and questionnaires so that I can understand how to best assist you to achieve your health goals. Once you complete it, I will review, and we will schedule your initial 30-minute consultation to discuss the forms. 

Step 2:

I will customize your personal plan that will include an eating plan, supplement regimen, recipes, restaurant suggestions and the timing of when to eat and your workouts.

Step 3: 

Once your plan is complete, we will schedule a 30-minute session to review your plan in detail so you may get started. We will also go over grocery shopping and a meal prep lesson. Exercises, equipment needed and more.

Step 4:

After the first 30 days we will schedule a 30 minute session to re-review your plan and make any adjustments that might be needed and answer any questions you may have.

Step 5: 

After the first 60 days we will schedule a 30 minute session to go over how you are adjusting to the plan, results, recipes, workouts etc. 

Step 6:

After the 90 days are complete, we will schedule a 30 minute session to review your results, celebrate your accomplishments and talk about future goals to continue on your health journey.

Step 3: 

Once your plan is complete, we will schedule a 30 minute session to review your plan in detail so you may get started. We will also go over any questions you may have regarding movements, performing exercises, equipment etc. 

Step 4:

After the first 30 days we will schedule a 30 minute session to re-review your plan and make any adjustments that might be needed and answer any questions you may have.

Step 5: 

After the first 60 days we will schedule a 30 minute session to go over how you are adjusting to the plan and your results.
